The TMSA programme is committed to international best practice in procurement, based on fairness, equitability, transparency, competitiveness, cost effectiveness, value for money and timeliness.  TMSA promotes the participation of service providers from the Southern and Eastern African region.

We invite eligible vendors to register on this database, to be considered for consultancy work, technical services, and the supply of goods and general services, under the TMSA programme.  All information provided will be kept strictly confidential and used only in the identification of eligible service providers for specific procurement requirements.

On the publication of new tenders, registered vendors will be notified by email.  All new tenders will be published on the TMSA website under the section About Us > Tenders.  Please note that registering on this database does not guarantee eligibility or procurement preference.

Early Closure of TMSA Programme: The Secretary of State of the UK’s Department for International Development (DFID) has decided to terminate its financial contribution to TradeMark Southern Africa (TMSA), as announced on 4 December 2013. As DFID is the sole financier of the TMSA programme of support to the COMESA-EAC-SADC Tripartite, TMSA will officially be closed from 17 March 2014 instead of 31 October 2014.
